It is Mindfulness that allows us to create a moment’s pause before reacting to an event or stimulus, allowing us to choose our response rather than continuing on automatic pilot.

Be Focused!

It is Meditation that allows us to ignore distractions which allows us – or more properly our left hemispheres - to focus on what they do best, handling the familiar.

At its very best the left hemisphere goes into ‘flow’ where time seems to pass without notice, we don’t take note of feeling hungry and we are immune to external distractions.
