Middle Leadership Development

Development of Senior and Middle Leaders as Coaches
The development of leaders as coaches is straightforward and involves one day’s training (6 hours) typically offered on two days to allow schools to send all staff at leadership levels to the training without creating a major disruption at the school. This training includes and commits Leaders to coach a number of newer teachers (those still in their high growth stage) to achieve goal clarity with student feedback as one input to the teacher’s self-reflection. 
Development of Senior or Middle Leader Specialists
Senior or Middle Leader Specialists receive further training (2 hours) to prepare them to provide peer coaching training to all staff in the school. 
Benefits: short-term benefits in providing middle leaders with tools to address classroom practice, long-term benefits in building leadership capacity in depth across the school
